Where do you ship your products?

We currently offer shipping across Ontario and select provinces in Canada. Please note that an adult of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping within Ontario typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Can I return a bottle if I am not satisfied?

We take great pride in our quality. If your wine is corked or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer curbside pickup at the winery?

Yes, you can select 'Winery Pickup' at checkout. Orders are generally ready within 24 hours, and you will receive an email notification when your wine is ready for collection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are your wines vegan-friendly?

Many of our wines are vegan-friendly. We recommend checking the specific product descriptions on our website or contacting us directly for details on fining agents used in specific vintages.
